This application is an expert system, which simplifies the operators tasks in setting up automated work tasks for the programmable robot arm CataLyst 5 from THERMO as well as for other components like digital IOs, pumps, barcode readers and others.

This system was developed to allow a NON PROGRAMMER to define all steps involved in a chemical separation procedure and to automatically run this procedure using a CataLyst 5 robot arm. The external programs ADAMConfigManager and RobotConfigManager handle all the configuration settings for the ADAM modules and the robot respectively.
